Are these cute or what? It's not just the abdl mommies who know how to dress you up like a baby girl. An AB Daddy knows what a sissy baby looks good in too. It's a misconception that mommies do all of the baby care while daddy sits in the back. I can only speak from my experience but I love adult babies just the same and know how to care for them. Diaper checks and changes, dressing them up, feeding baby a bottle, helping them go t sleep, playtime, all of those things are right up my alley.
